IF YOU HAVE SUPPLIED US WITH YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY E-MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. AT THIS POINT THE CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF THE GOODS SHALL BE FORMED AND WE WILL SUPPLY THE GOODS TO YOU IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR ODER AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF HOWEVER YOU HAVE NOT SUPPLIED US WITH AN E-MAIL ADDRESS, OUR CONFIRMATION OF ORDER PAGE AT THE END OF THE ORDERING PROCESS SHALL ACT AS CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER AND WE WILL SUPPLY THE GOODS TO YOU IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR ORDER AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME ANY OF THE DETAILS OF THE GARMENTS ON THE SITE, INCLUDING PRICES, COLOURS, AND SIZES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WE ADVISE THAT YOU READ THROUGH THEM EACH TIME THAT YOU USE THE SITE.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW AND REFUSE ANY ORDER PLACED WITH US THAT DOES NOT MEET WITH OUR CREDIT SAFETY GUIDELINES. YOU WILL BE INFORMED BY EMAIL OR POST THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN REFUSED AND THE REASON WHY.
THIS WEBSITE, IT'S CONTENT, AND ANY CONTRACTS ARISEN OUT OF IT ARE GOVERNED BY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ENGLISH LAW. ALL CONTRACTS ARE CONDUCTED IN ENGLISH AND BY ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO SUBMIT SOLE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.

Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from NV her.com , for a full refund. This does not apply to sale items valued under £30.00 or item/s with a * next to the product name.
Order cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is fine), quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to the e-mail address you have or by writing to Customer Care.
If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us (at your own cost).

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition'*' within 14 days of receipt (you must notify us within the 7 day timescale). We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; sale items under £30.00 or items that are clearly marked with a '*' next to the product name.
Please note:
The item/s is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item/s
If the item/s you received is faulty, please contact customer care within 3 days of delivery quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. All items are quality checked before dispatch any faults reported will be analysed you will be advised on our findings quickly and efficiently.
I received the wrong item/s
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on item/s of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item/s, it is your responsibility to realise if something is going to be too small please do not force seams, zips or buttons we will be happy to send another size out. Footwear care; Shoes/boots/sandals must be tried on on a carpeted surface with a sock or popsock. Jewellery care; please do not get perfume, water or deodorant on the item, avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Bag care; please do not get the bag wet and only place it on smooth surfaces also avoid any contact with jewellery or anything that may scratch the leather.
Handle all item/s with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. We will be unable to accept the return of any item/s where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item/s must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation and all original labels in tact.
Any celebrities or magazines named or featured on NV her.com have not endorsed, recommended or approved any of the items offered for sale.
Instructions for return
Clothes: Place the garment on a clean flat surface and using the tissue paper provided place it on top of the garment at shoulder or waist height, fold the garment neatly around it and put into the plastic bag provided. Footwear; please re-stuff the toes and place tissue paper around them put each shoe back into the small plastic bag (if provided), put them back into their original box (please ensure the lid lies flat) and put into the larger plastic bag.
Handbags: you must place all the tissue paper back inside the bag, then place the bag back into the soft bag provided and then put into the plastic bag provided.
Jewellery: Please place them back into the original packaging taking care not to scratch any item.
Once placed in the clear plastic bag seal it with tape, place the item/s in the NV her heavy paper bag provided for extra protection and place it into the pre-addressed blue returns bag with all paperwork enclosed. Please note item/s not returned with the same care and attention we give may be refused as they may get damaged through the postal system. All items are your responsibility until we received them back and check them.
